I think the way it's supposed to work, as has been mentioned is if it's installed via CCC then it handles uninstall etc and they probably won't show up in the Windows Programs and Features thing. It may also depend on if you have at anytime installed things manually, for example way back I installed stuff manually for a little while, then as I didn't use SONAR much anymore I just installed things via CCC whenever I decided to update things and have a look. It's been along time since I manually installed Platinum, have been doing it via CCC for a long time, yet the latest update installed via CCC still shows Platinum and the Help and Documentation in the Windows 10 Programs and Features thing dated 08/042017.
I can't remember what and when I installed manually, but like I said it's been a long time since I have installed anything manually, it has all been done via ccc for a long time, probably 2 years or so. Below is of Cakewalk related stuff that shows in both my Windows Programs and Features thing
