A) Maybe an easier way to convert your midi into audio from a vst by right clicking the track or bus. Also when bouncing to midi clips, have a dialog for preferences to be set and the clip gets added to your clip library? Sort of like preview does but maybe populate? Populate audio rather than having to export and import audio?

B) One thing really gets me, the copyright info "ID3". I'd like to have a place to set the default information and a setting to auto fill data when applicable. This way I may only have to change track info rather than the whole array.

C)Another thing is simple track lane quick sort. have a button that lists some sorting options and on go could remove empty lanes or and compress to minimum lanes. I don't care that it is smart rather than it is clean and controllable. However the smart could be an option on the list; sort by record #(which may build more track lanes but whatever)removes empty lanes if selected and arranges by # on go.

For "A" the freeze function will create a wav that you can drag to the media browser or any windows folder.

Wishlist wish: A way to anonymously vote on what new features will go into the next major release. Doesn't have to be on every new feature, especially something major that must be kept secret, but for features that are being considered which could otherwise be left out, like Layers. Example: We now have Take Lanes, which replaced Layers, but would we like to see the Layers feature come back alongside?

I don't get it man ?

1st- you don't need to use the smart tool.
you can use the one tool of your choice.

2cnd-you don't need to use screen sets.
everything is docked except the track view.
just grab a dock and drag it to another monitor (Example: Console view)

I am sorry though, if I misunderstood your post :)
