I would suggest the link to the 9.20 version - changes to 7-zip are incremental and it's unlikely that the developmental version is introducing new features. The program has been available for many years and has many users.

Um... Thanks you for the reply. Shouldn't I get 64 bit as my system is 64 bit?

FWIW, I have used the 64bit version (third link on http://www.7-zip.org/download.html) on win7 64bit for some time without any problems.

Sorry, yes if you're on 64-bit then go for it. I read Windows XP SP 3 in your signature and assumed 32-bit.

I downloaded the library for Komplete and it came in .rar compression.

Since when does Komplete come as a set of compressed .rar files?

Ryan - Vlada has multiple computers, and the XP one is for old stuff as needed.  She is running a 64-bit machine as her standard music computer these days.

I too download for Komplete, and never had had anything but Windows-readable compressed folders, so I too am confused as to what you would have downloaded from Native Instruments in rar format.

Thank you for your advice and help. Are you confused or curious? :) I am downloading Sonokinetic sounds and I can not wait to unRaR it and hear what they got.
