I think one of my biggest concerns at this point is if the drums are too busy.

This is a pleasant and interesting composition and kept me listening right to the end 
 
I think the drums are fine personally... If you want to hear a good example of "drums are too busy" my track Io certainly fills that slot...
 
Everything is very tight. How was this created? A few of us here rely mostly on MIDI and I can't decide if this is a MIDI composition or played live. I would say MIDI, but I hope that does not offend?

Yessir, it's all MIDI...other than the arp synth (Alchemy), it's all East West Composer Cloud VSTs.

Drums are not too busy. It's a nice counterpoint to the slow-moving melody. It could even tolerate a little tasteful hand percussion and still not be too busy.

Very nice Randy. I enjoyed listening to it all through out and heard all the instruments clearly (on H-Phones). LOL on the gorilla dance at the end.
