Alright , who did I piss off ...and who decided to change The Coffee House's secret handshake ?

All the time, for the last week or so Kenny. Usually takes 2 or 3 attempts to load it. Most other sections of the CW forum seem to be the same lately.

I just mentioned this to another forumite.
 
The Cake forums in general have been acting very erratically lately. I click one link and it refuses to load (or I'll get that message) but another link will load fine. Wait 2-3 minutes and everything's fine or some other link will refuse to load.
 
This has been going on for a few weeks for me now. Very annoying.

I see that about once a week. And since I'm nearly always here, some would blame me.

I'm seeing it randomly in different forums.  I think it's a slow response proportional to the number of Bapu FREDs in the sub forum.

Define Bapu. If you can.

At the moment there are two threads in the coffee house, at least that's all the forum software is willing to show me. And it's taking an age to load even that.

I just noticed the pull-downs at the bottom of the screen hadn't loaded despite three page refreshes.

On the fourth reload attempt they have and things are back to what passes for normal.

Define normal. If you can.

I have been seeing this problem frequently in the past week, but only on access to the Coffee House. In addition loading times when I do connect are tediously long. I assumed it was Bapu's fault.
