I advocate all Sonar users reading the manual. It's not only experience with the program but also experience with using the manual that gives us old timers a good knowledge of how Sonar works.
As well as that the single biggest productivity tip I could give anyone is learn to use keyboard shortcuts.
The Sonar help file and reference manual have comprehensive lists that can be printed out and if you do as I've done in the past then copy them into a double sided landscape document, laminate the pages and make a flip file for your desktop and keep it right next to your computer keyboard. In a short time you'll be a power user and you'll be surprised why you hadn't used keyboard shortcuts before.
I've yet to do one for X3
But as soon as I do I'll upload it to Dropbox or somewhere for folks to download.
