Installed X3a Producer today with admin privileges.  I have a previously installed X1 Producer.  Melodyne is not listed as an option in the Region FX menu.  Neither does V-Vocal.  Updated to X3b, still no Melodyne in Region FX menu
 
Anyone else have this issue or possible explanations?

I ran into the same thing , not sure how I got it show up .. I did mess around with vst scans and renaming folders , did a few restarts and it was there .. Weird ..

I opened preferences VST Setting Checked boxes for rescan failed and rescan existing let it complete and Voila!  Melodyne and V-Vocal now are Region FX

Make sure to deletect those options now. It is not a good idea to leave them selected.
