I can't believe the keyboard behavior for plug ins when they have windows focus.
 
Waves REQ 6    - no longer responds to tab (can't move between values)
Ozone 4           - no longer responds to tab (can't move between values) , also no response from ctrl + arrow keys (fine control of values) 
 
It seems completely broken compared to Sonar 8.5 and every other DAW out there...
Is there any way to enable the older behavior?
 
Without keyboard control of the Waves and Ozone 4 plug ins Sonar X3 is almost unusable (for me at least)

 
I raised this with Sonar support 6 days ago..  but no response
 
How long should I expect to wait for a reply?

I raised another support ticket (rather than the tech support form I used last week)
