Has anyone gotten a voucer for this? I purchased my copy of X3 on October 1st and the offer is valid until October 31st but I haven't gotten the voucer code yet. It said it could take a couple of days, now it's been four. Do I have to do something special? Anyone know? I'd like to contact customer support but the link to their e-mail form doesn't work

Would like to check this out since I'm running between different locations with portable harddrives. If I don't have to bring those along, it would be cool!

Cheers ;)

I haven't had one either. Before the store crashed, Im sure I had a gobbler promo code in my account where the X2 producer club updates were, that and the producer club stuff has also dissapears now.

Hey, I haven't even noticed that the content club offers were gone! Didn't even know there's been problems with the store. Oh well, perhaps it will show up soon then. I'll be working in different locations this weekend and until next week. Wish I had it for that.

BTW - is anyone using it? Is it a good service?

I got a voucher in my store account for 5 free GB of storage on Gobbler - signed up, haven't used it yet.

I got the 5Gb, everyone can get that just for signing up. But if you purchases Sonar before oct 31st you'll get extra 20Gb for six months. I'd like to check it out, 5Gb is too small ;)

I just signed up today, the code was in my account. All is well, though for me the upload speed is slow. I see some value in it backing up my current project, and for collaborations. Can't imagine backing my entire body of works there.

Too early to say anything more.

When you say the ode was in your account was it there before you signed up or after signing up?

Thanks

It seems to me that backing up music production online is still way too slow/expensive to make it worthwhile.  It'd rather pay $150, get a 3TB drive, and manually backup at the EOD.  In fact, I do.  I have multiple drives.  It's quick, I don't need to run any apps.  And it's $150 that will last quite a while, rather than a subscription.

I have a paid account on Dropbox that I use to send clients files.  That works fine.  I have enough space to put up full-quality 44.1k WAV files for a CD or whatever if needed.  Good enough.  But the upload speed of anything more than an MP3 isn't good enough as of yet.  Just my experience!

Yep in general, upload speeds are woeful, but this will definitely useful for collaborations tho.
