I recorded phrases by the male and female artists and need to output each phrase as a separate clip. What would you use as a compressor, and how would you apply it? Would you put each clip on separate track, name the clip, then insert Compressor (which one?) and then Export Audio and do the same for each phrase (I have 13), or would you put compressor on the Master track and still put clips on separate channels, unmute them one at a time and export audio 13 times? Any better way? Thanks.

There's loads of ways to do it. I think I'd put them all in one track on different lanes in the same time space. Solo the first lane, adjust compressor/EQ etc as required, export, solo next lane, adjust compressor/EQ as required, export, repeat as required.
 
I suppose the only down side of that method is you won't have the settings saved for a particular take should you want to go back and re-do one, you'll have to start from scratch again.

What is Bouce to Clips" meaning- what does it do if I select a clip and then do "Bounce to clip"?
