I can't seem to drag and drop the midi file, like I do in EZ drummer. I'm doing something wrong. Does anyone know what is different on AD? I was palying a beat in the AD gui and dragged it to the simple AD track, but it's not in tempo and doesn't sound like the same beat. I know it's me. I've never used AD before. It does sound good. Thanks!

On the beats tab just drag the file onto the Midi track in track view.

Also, when previewing the files i always make sure I have the sync and tempo options highlighted.

Hope that helps.

You can drag midi files from AD's browser directly into a midi track.
Make sure you drag it to the correct time, use snap to help.

hmmm. I'll have to try it again later. I thought I did what you've both said, but I am quickly going through all of the new things.

Make sure you drag the midi clip onto a MIDI track and not an instrument track if they are separate from each other.
