I also have ezdrummer with quite a few add-on packs as well as BFD2 and a couple of expansions. Looking forward to some additional sounds - and the interface looks good too.

I have EZDrummer and a number of add-on packs.  I love it and it sounds great.  The shortcomings are that you cannot mix drums from different sets, or tune the drums. If you have EZ you know this: this is just for comparison to other virtual drummers.

I have the other drum samplers as well & like DAW's they all have their perks or shortcomings.
For myself AD really shines when using multiple outs & mixing them using other plugins.
(I get good results using Waves SSL, CLA & PhoenxVerb on Amb-OH / Room.)

He also offers freebies every so often with ad & midi paks promo & sales.
For free AD is a no-brainer & very usable for projects.

Route all your different drum samplers then save to project or track templates for easy setup & access.

Thanks for checking that for me, but I just get a white screen with IE10 and Chrome. I suppose it might be a location-sensitive restricted access thing for us in the UK.

Thanks for checking John.

I've got it now, but I had to boot up my old PC to do so. Very strange.

EzDrummer sounds excellent, and usually with little or no tweaking. I own EZD + several additional kits, Superior Drummer + a couple of add-ons, BFD Eco, Session Drummer, Addictive Drums, Battery 4 and 2 N.I. Studio Drummer Kits.

For the money I've spent on drum VI's I could have taken wife on a very nice vacation. But when it comes down to it which do I really use? It's almost always Ez or Superior Drummer.

That said, I think Addictive Drums sounds great, is easy to use and has good expansion capabilities. It's certainly plenty enough to add high quality drum tracks to your song without feeling the need to make excuses about the sound. IMHO it's easily the most useful 3rd party plugin offered in Sonar X3.
