How to disable ARA?

I don't think you can, other than simply not using it, or using X2.
But the main question that springs to mind is "why would you want to?"

I do not want because when i click on the file (wave) in the browser is on track to get a midi file.

You want to be able to drag a wave file onto a midi track without it being converted to a midi file? Why?

I don't understand this-  You should only get a MIDI file if you drag an audio clip onto a MIDI track.  There's no reason you should want to drag audio onto a MIDI track and have it stay audio, that's what audio tracks are for.  Can you explain a liitle more about the problem you are having?  It would be a shame to give up Melodyne just to solve an issue that may be due to something else.

Thanks,

John

I don't think what you are seeing or trying to do has anything to do with ARA. Or am I not understanding what you want to do?

Seems like the user has resolved the issue but I don't see any reason to uninstall Melodyne. The ARA integration is still there, but I guess the user doesn't want to use Melodyne.
