Hello everyone,

I apologize if this has already been answered elsewhere, but I'm wondering if there is any need for me to download and install the "Loops and One Shots" and "Dimension Pro + Expansion Packs" when upgrading from X2 Producer Edition. I already downloaded those same files when purchasing X2 PE, and I'm not sure if there is any new content included this time around that would make it necessary to download and install those. I realize that "Addictive Drums" is brand new, so I will of course be downloading that content.

Nope those are identical and you have no need to download and reinstall them.
You may also want to keep V-Vocal and R-Mix which are not in X3, in that case it's easiest simply not to uninstall X2. The program folder really doesn't take up much space anyway.

No, you don't need to download those files. Nothing has changed from X2 to X3 for Dim Pro and the loops and shots
