Hi I have Sonar x2 producer on my computer, when I intalled it it asked me
32 bit or 64 bit I clicked on 32 bit by mistake, I would like to upgrade to x3
Is it possible when I install the x3 I could install it with 64 bit ?

Sure. You can even install both the 32bit and 64bit versions. They install in different places on your PC. You just have to run the installer twice.

Once to install the 32bit version and once again to install the 64bit version. You could have had both versions of X2 available on your PC, if you ran the X2 installer again and let it install the 64bit version.

Same with X3. You can install the 32bit, 64bit or both on the PC. It does not matter if you only have the 32bit version of X2 (or no version of X2) installed now.

You will have both X2 and X3. There are a lot of common files though. Most of the disc space used by SONAR are samples and loops. SONAR itself takes up less than 250MB.

You can skip downloading and installing "Loops and One Shots" it is the same as X2. You also may want to skip downloading DimPro, it is the same as X2. You will want to install the 64bit version of DimPro that came with X2. That way you will have the same serial number as the 32bit version you have already installed. If you did not keep the DimPro installer from X2, download it again.
