Thanks Ryan, I really appreciate it.  You guys are doing a great job taking care of this stuff, and I can't get TOO upset with you.  To be honest, my website was down all day yesterday as well (maybe we use the same hosting company?  hahaha)... First time my site has been down in 11 years.  But yeah, THAT, piled on top of THIS situation, just has me a little more agitated than I would normally be.  Since I couldn't work on my site all day yesterday, then I planned on getting familiar with X3.  Since I couldn't do THAT either, then I ended up just staring at the wall, while dumping water on my head to deter the fire shooting out of my ears from catching anything more valuable than my glasses on fire. 
 
But yeah, seriously... I appreciate everything you've been doing all night.  Keep up the good work, and I know how difficult it can be when "technical difficulties" with websites come crashing down at inopportune times.

Customer support sent my serial numbers to me by email, and I'm happy with that response. For those still having problems getting the links, perhaps try emailing customer support.

Downloads are working here too - in the UK (9:30 PM in UK), and I got my serial numbers too.
 
It's a little shaky, and part4 took a little while to get started - but they're coming down now.
 
Thanks to the Cakewalk guys - but I still say the Amazon cloud is crap. I've had problems with it with other products too...
