I'm in some dire straits over here guys... I've been with Cakewalk since Sonar 7 Producer, and have updated every step of the way. No questions asked. Sunday morning, I paid my money, got confirmation from PayPal that my order went through, my money was taken from my account... THE END...
No confirmation EMail that my order was processed (from Cakewalk), as with most other people, I can't log into my account to see if it went through (due to the Store connection issues, etc...) I was able to login ONCE last night, but there was nothing suggesting that I was a proud owner of a brand new X3... Since then, checked back multiple times and still can't get back in again...
I understand that the site is down, and even though it's a little heartbreaking when you have work to do, and decide to put it on hold until you finish updating, and then realize the update is going to take several days, instead of a couple of hours... BUT! That's fine...
All I want is some sort of confirmation that my order actually went through, so that I'll know whether or not I need to cancel that previous order through PayPal, and then re-order X3 Producer via a different method? In the mean time, I'm stuck making weird Dire Straits puns... And nothing against the band, but I'd rather be working on my own projects inside X3 if possible... VST3, FINALLY! (Well, at least in a few days, hopefully... if the site gets back online... eventually...)
I guess if it's not all sorted in the next few hours, I'll call this morning to see what's up (during business hours)... I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this whole ordeal is almost over though, that's for sure.
