Hey all, I purchased the wrong version of X3...meant to get X3 Producer but somehow got X3a and installed it. I contacted support (waiting to hear back) to see if I could get a credit and purchase X3 Producer for the difference ($100)...but do I just "install" X3 Producer or do I need to uninstall X3a first?
 
I can't say that my experiences with uninstalling has been good, but I think this isntance could fall under a unique situation...thanks!

My suggestion would be to contact us via phone, I know the phones are busy right now but finding a resolution to this is definitely something you need to call customer service about.

Are you talking about the base version, SONAR X3? $49?
 
Just clarifying because every version is X3a (the latest patch) from out store.
