I let it go when Native Access uninstalled my Reaktor 6 Player.  I figured it was a one-off glitch.  But tonight when it went to update Maschine 2, it ended up uninstalling that without installing the newer version.  I placed a ticket with NI support but I have uninstalled Native Access for now until this is fixed.  Will some intrepid soul let me know when it is safe to venture for into Native Access Land again.

Mine also uninstalled Reactor 6 Player, I also did not care, but the Maschine update went OK. Native Access is very flaky. I uninstalled my Kontakt vst's and I had to download the installer from Native Instruments and run that to get them back.
