I understand users wanting to dig in and document things and help one another out, etc. I get it. I've read countless items regarding bug tracking, suggestions, etc. I helped design and program the system we currently have in place from scratch. I understand there is always room for improvement.
What I don't get is creating a new thread after I locked the original one and then calling me out by name. What I don't understand are people who refuse to use the systems have in place that we have proved time and time again are very effective systems for helping customers, and improving the overall end product. What I asked the OP to do was start threads about issues he or she may encounter, not start another generic thread about "bugs".
Historically, threads of this nature are never useful information for the community and the company. They turn into arguments every single time.
Sorry guys, I'd just prefer to have the other types of interactions we've been having which have an absolute pleasure this weekend. I have no problem with people pointing out bugs when they come up. I have no problem saying the words "yes, that is a bug, let's try to get it fixed." Creating threads for the sake of talking about bugs is the wrong focus of this community and we need to move on from it. We should be sharing music and techniques and helping one another. Leave documenting and tracking bugs to us.
If you want to document and test bugs, consider joining our beta team.
