Blades!!!!

I can't thank you enough for those video tutorials.....This is soooooooo
great having a nice control surface.....It makes recording and the whole
process so sweet.....

The videos did help me make my decision so I'm glad I got the BCF over the Tranzport...so
much more machine.....

(my 5 year old thinks I can do magic...lol...she loves watching the faders...lol)

Thanks again!!!!!

Glad to know my time wasn't wasted. I should ask Behringer for some money!

And I also just got my hands on a BCF for absurdly cheap! Now I can't wait.

I just wonder if I can use my BCR in tandem for a control one-two power punch....

I would think that you could use the BCR using that plugin that was created by someone around here. I'm sure you know about it by now. Since the BCF will work Mackie mode, it won't care about another control surface at the same time. I've also got an edirol pcr-800 and use ACT with it completely independantly of the BCF. In fact, each has a WAI strip of a different color as well.

Ya, I use AJs plugin currently. Now I wonder if I can use the BCF as my main console interface and delegate the BCR to ACT and plugins (what with all the knobs and all). Hrm....

Thanks Blades!

I think this may have finally convinced me to buy one. :) I sure wish you could selectively assign the faders to a particular track number instead of only controlling the lowest track number. I would like to assign some faders to tracks and a few others to buses during mixing. Looks like that's not possible?

By the way, we produce training vidoes for our software products, and I just wanted to say you did an EXCELLENT job on these - very generous of you.

It's not possible to say have faders 1 - 4 assigned to tracks and 5 - 8 to busses but it is just one one-handed key combination to switch straight from tracks to busses and the beauty of motorised faders is they 'remember' where they are.

Take the plunge, buy one I promise you will not regret it. If I had room I'd have another one, at the price they are they are an absolute bargain.

I suppose I could create a few additional buses just so I can use all eight faders at a time to control the mix.

and it comes in WHITE! WOOT! :)

Thanks for the input.
