X3 is running great for me. Then again so did X1 and X2. Love all the new toys I've played around with so far. The new zoom feature in Quad Curve EQ is absolutely stellar! What a piece of artwork it is...

Since you download AD from XLN I'd say no to that one.
 
I already own the full Nomad Suite so I did not install them from CW, so that one is hard to say.

X3a is for the full installer download.

Boxed users aren't getting their copy till next week. So a patch X3a is slated a few days from now. We're doing final checking on the installer, etc.
 
Dev has already been working on X3b since last week. That won't include the video features Noel has talked about being in a future update. That's slated for c.

Downloaded X3 yesterday. Very painless. Love all the new features! Like the talk about future updates. Keep um coming!

I installed X3a today (on Windows 7 64bit). The most of my VST3 plugins does not work. For example all Synths of Arturias V-Collection3 are not listet in the plugin manager - so I have to use them as VST2 versions. The U-he Synths DIVA, ACE and Podolslki runs in VST3 but they change the tune by -2 when I push the play button in Sonar or change any patch in the synths. Only Zebra2 works correct as a VST3 instrument.

I  asked a similar question yesterday but didn't get an answer so I'll ask here as well.
 
The AAS Lounge Lizard EP-4 model that comes with X3 is a 'Sonar Edition'.
Is this version or the upgrade to the full version proprietary to Cakewalk software only?

I think it is not a problem of scanning. The Arturia VST3 Versions are in the same folder than the u-he synths. When I start X3, the first scan (the small turquoise window in the lower right corner) see the Arturia plugins but after this "first contact", they are not longer listet in the plugin manager. They are gone...
