  • [Resolved] Cannot register SONAR X3 (not listed)

I have tried refreshing my browser multiple times, but when I attempt to register SONAR X3 Producer, it is not listed among the products to be registered. Anyone else having this problem?

How long since you purchased and downloaded X3 Mark?
 
It can take a while for the Serial Number and Registration Codes to appear in your Account.
 
They state that it can take around 15 minutes for them to appear, if it takes much longer than that, I'd suggest you contact Customer Services.
 
And when you do register X3, don't forget to open it 'Run As Administrator' when you wish to enter the code.

Sorry - what I meant to say was that on the registration page, it asks for the product to register and X3 is not listed in the drop down.

Ah, I see what you mean, it hasn't appeared in that list yet.

Yeah - I have the details I need in order to register, but I need the registration page to accept SONAR X3... ;)

Just open X3 in 'Administrator' mode and a registration window should open.

You may also need to do that for DimPro and Rapture, if you did a fresh install of those products.

This wasn't your fault. It was our fault. SONAR X3, SONAR X3 Studio, and SONAR X3 Producer are now available in the registration form for customers who purchased at retail.
