However, no refund is necessary as I have made no additional purchases since our email conversation back in February regarding the Boomwhacker update. At that time you were polite and helpful and at least did not come right out and call me a thief. However, you also did not offer to make any corrections to your records.
 
Understand that I am sympathetic to your situation and probably would have treated me the same way you did. But you can understand that my enthusiasm has dampened a bit.

A big apology for my ever doubting Jesús' dedication to customer service! The guy did some sleuthing and discovered that, for some inexplicable reason, my purchases were registered under my late wife's email address. I have only used her name whenever I needed to access a Facebook account, as I don't do Facebook myself. How the heck her address got in there beats the heck outa me.
 
Jesús has offered to merge the accounts and refund any upgrades I'd purchased, although I haven't bought anything since so no refunds are required.
 
Way to go, Wavesfactory!
