However, no refund is necessary as I have made no additional purchases since our email conversation back in February regarding the Boomwhacker update. At that time you were polite and helpful and at least did not come right out and call me a thief. However, you also did not offer to make any corrections to your records.
Understand that I am sympathetic to your situation and probably would have treated me the same way you did. But you can understand that my enthusiasm has dampened a bit.
