Hi all,
 
I've tried sending this to Cakewalk's Order Support, but I just get an error message there as well :P Browser independent. Not very helpful! Anywho...
 
 
I'm having trouble downloading a couple items from my store account. Whenever I try to download either of them, I get an error page that reads:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Request has expired</Message><RequestId>C0675B29FE6407B3</RequestId><Expires>2013-08-29T16:14:26Z</Expires><HostId>hlhEShrc6zgu3ExZ+7Wmd3bW5ppArzalqzrARN0SV9T3lNII10+BQRiq4GMwcdSX</HostId><ServerTime>2013-09-25T02:21:10Z</ServerTime></Error>

The items I'm trying to download are:
1) v 1.0.1 installer - ProChannel Concrete Limiter
2) Free Video: SWA Complete SONAR X2

The problem has persisted for several weeks. Can someone (preferably a baker!) please help me figure out how to get these files downloaded successfully? Thank you!

You might want to PM one of them. Several of the links have been reported broken recently.

Thanks, scook. Anyone in particular you would recommend that more likely handles these kinds of things?
