I know this feature is in Sonar X1, but I can't seem to find it.

If I'm loop recording a section (trying to find that perfect take), how can I set Sonar to "mute each previous track" so that when the loop comes back around to the beginning Sonar automatically mutes the take that was just recorded so I don't hear that take on my next pass through the loop.

Understand?

HA! Thanks...I have been trying to figure this out myself...thank you! This is one of those stupid things I feel like I should have known as long as I have been using this software...I wanted to ask the other day, but I didn't want to be that kid to raise his handin class first...lol

Same as my question: that's not the solution--it overwrites all but the last take.  What I want to do is to keep all takes but mute them.  This option is available in autopunch, but is greyed out when using loop recording instead of autopunch.  NOTE: I just found on Garrigus' site that you can mute the track and this solves the problem.  HOWEVER, I am using a soft synth on that track and that mutes out the softsynth (at least as an instrument track, I haven't tried separating them)
