I added MIDI Quest to my Tools menu but I don't know how to remove it. Couldn't find a mention in the help.

Here are the instructions to add a tool to the utilities menu. Removal is a little easier. The short version is locate the registry entry for "MIDI Quest" in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cakewalk Music Software\Tools Menu\ and delete it. You may also have the SONAR Utilities tool (a third party freebie for 32bit SONAR) which provides another way to do the registry edit without regedit.
