A few years back, Tascam bought out GigaStudio. After 2 versions and accompanying years, they left this note on their site:
As of 07/01/09, Operation Support for GigaStudio / GVI products, via telephone or email, will no longer be available. One can only hope the same fate does not await Cakewalk!
