I just got the e mail from Cakewalk and checked it out ....was gonna start a thread and i see this fred is here ...
I'm so happy I held my ground

there was no way I could have swung the lifetime at $199 ( my price) before Aug 31 st ....
Since Cakewalk has extended the offer until December 31st I may be able to pull this off ....maybe even this month
