AFAIK, anything you used for a crossgrade, can't be sold. Larry should drop in shortly and confirm.....the Deal Pusher!!

Yup, unless they've changed things on me (like The Lovely Lady does ALL THE TIME ) cross grades and/or the product that was the basis for an upgrade cannot be sold.

Example 1: You bought Komplete 10 Ultimate as a cross grade and now you've upgraded to Komplete 11 Ultimate. You cannot sell Komplete 10 Ultimate.

Example 2: You bought Komplete 9 (not Ult) and you upgraded to Komplete 10 Ultimate and now you upgraded to Komplete 11 Ultimate. You cannot sell Komplete 9. Nor can you sell Komplete 10 Ultimate.

Example 3: You bought Komplete 9 as a crossgrade and you upgraded to Komplete 10 Ultimate and now you upgraded to Komplete 11 Ultimate. You cannot sell Komplete 9. Nor can you sell Komplete 10 Ultimate.

And I'm pretty sure you cannot sell any product you now own (ex: Ultimate 11) that was an upgrade. If they allowed that, chaos would ensue.

To the best of my knowledge you CAN sell the crossgrade as long as the NEW buyer
has the SAME product that you crossgraded from
(or any other qualifying crossgrade product), but you CANNOT
sell the original product...unless you sell the BOTH together.

I see them for sale on KVR all the time...

I would ask on NI forums, or directly make a support ticket with NI and get a email answer

It has been done, but if it was me, I would check first
