Quickfixes and patches come out shortly after release because of the lag time between 'release' and when discs get printed and go to the stores etc. There always needs to be an end date or nothing would ever come out, but we also don't stop working.
You know, there was a time when you could buy something and it worked.
It's a good thing car manufacturers don't follow this model.
Well, except for the millions of cars recalled over the years...frankly, I'll take "audio engine gaps sometimes" over "door fires," "airbags randomly deploy," "engine fires," "transmission slips into reverse," or "sudden loss of power" any day. :) Click on the link to see the information below formatted properly...
