  • Blue Cat MB-7 not playing nice with Sonar Producer X2a

If I insert an instance of MB-7 in a project, I can use it and then save the project OK but when I then close it the Track view disappears but the Console view remains displayed (indicating that the project is still open). The track view has all the file handling functions so, if I want to continue using Sonar, I have to close the whole application from the Windows Task Bar and reopen it.
When I reopen the project that has MB-7 inserted, the Console view is displayed but not the Track view, meaning that the application is effectively unusable.
If I do a Windows restart or shutdown/start, I can open the project that has MB-7 inserted but subsequent closing has the same results as the first time round.
PS: I had Blue Cat Triple EQ VST as a post-fader plugin in one of the bands in MB-7.
PPS: I've always rated Blue Cat plugins highly and MB-7 looks and handles fine in itself - it just isn't working for me yet.
Anyone know what's going on here?
Thanks in advance.
