  • SOLVED: Studioware not loading

I have recently had cause to re-visit using studioware panels in Sonar X2 but when selecting them they do not open. I was aware that X2 cannot create them but the manual says they can be loaded..

Also the "factory" studioware panels don't seem to be installed, is it required to install them separately?

I know SW panels are "old skool" but has anyone else experienced this behaviour?

Thanks

When loading, you'll probably find the window behind the Track view window. You'll need to unmaximize the Track view to find the StudioWare panel window.

Yes, StudioWare panels are not installed by default. You can run the SONAR install and do an advanced install. Then select only the StudioWare option to install the panels and nothing else.
