I made the mistake of not installing GR 4 when I installed Sonar X2 Producer (from a Cake Store download, not a DVD). Thought I would not need it, especially as some research on the net suggested it was quite buggy.
 
Anyhoo, I have tried to do the custom install to only select GR to install, but it is not on the list op selectable options, in fact it is not mentioned anywhere at all in the Custom Install dialogues.
 
Any ideas? (apart from a full re-installation that is )

Guitar Rig 4LE is not bundled with X2. You will need to perform an advanced install of X1 to install Guitar Rig 4LE.

right, x2 had th2 and x1 was gr4 le.
fwiw just buy komplete 9 and get a plethora of synths and fx including gr5 which i have had NO issues with at all.
