I did an automated volume line on an audio bass line and the fader and volume do not follow the automation line (Does not respond)
The line looks fine and the fader has the little automation symbol over it in the inspector but not in Console view.
I've done lots of these.
What am I missing?
 

Hi.  I believe there is a problem in Sonar such that, in some projects, automation READ will not work unless WRITE is also on.  Does this work with WRITE and READ are both on?While you should not have to have WRITE on, if it works, at least you will have a partial solution.
 
Although no one has confirmed this bug, many people on this forum have had the same problem as you and I have typed essentially the same answer, so I think there is something there.  It would be interesting to see how this works out for you and if your problem is different.
