I just found out that Audacity converts 32 to 16 and I have that.
Going to give it a try.
Also will use Sonar Utilities for burning and will let you know.

I don't see a "CD format" in the drop down list. Does it go by another name?
Other than that, or as Dave indicates, buying a new CD player, it means coming up with another way to audition my songs on various systems. 
I guess I should get an mp3 player and some external speakers or figure out how to make it play thru the stereo.




You shouldn't be auditioning your songs in MP3 format anyway. MP3 is a compressed format and even at 320 bits, it's still compressed and suffers from a loss of fidelity. Audition them as WAV files first and then when it sounds the way you want it. try an MP3 to see how it sounds, if that's how you plan to distribute your music.

Yes it makes sense.
I'll convert my 32 bit wavs to 16 and put them on a CD thru the Sonar utility.
