Seems like a 20% pricing hike.
Very happy I got K10U at last year's price.
I'm not even going to upgrade when it's half off.
I'll wait until K12U upgrade is half off. Yep.

I usually only upgrade every other release (unless there would be something that would make a tremendous difference) because I get much bigger value for the price as updates are the same price if you are currently on K8u, K9u or K10u.
 
I went from K8u to K10u and will wait for K12u as what I'd get from migrating from K10u to K11u does not radically change my world.

I think I will pass on this. my first Komplete buy was Komplete 10 last year. Still have a lot to discover and I don't feel the need for Komplete Ultimate ;)
