Batten down the hatches and stay safe, Mesh!  I'm happy that my sister and brother-in-law decided to drive 4 hours inland from the beach in South Carolina to hole up for the weekend.

Cover up and stay dry, buddy!

Best Wishes,
Bob

My friend Barry lives on a boat at Merritt Island, FL. He has evacuated to Orlando. He's afraid his 'house' won't be there when he returns.
I have many relatives in Charleston, SC. Hopefully, they've also gotten out of town.
My room mate's brother lives in Daytona Beach, FL, in a high-rise condo. He said he wasn't leaving, but last night the authorities came and got him and his wife and evacuated them.

Man!  That storm is all over the place!!!

This could be a map of my brain!  I used to live just south of Tampa.  I loved the stormy weather.  Rain isn't depressing when it's 80 degrees out :D:D.  Do you have a generator Mesh?  I doubt it will be as bad as Andrew, but it's best to be prepared.

I packed up the family and brought them to Tampa (so far, only a tropical storm here). This AM, the county I live in had a severe threat warning (winds around 100 mph etc...) and we made a decision to get out of Dodge.

Hope our home will be there when we return....at least we're safe (for the moment). Thanks for the well wishes and prayers.....we'll definitely need it.
