  • Is a Staff View for individual Track Lanes possible?

I've recorded several takes in Track Lanes of piano. I'd like to see the staff view for each lane as it was recorded. What I see is a Staff View of the entire track, all lanes at once. So I see multiple notes on the score. I understand that the 'blue' notes
are from different lanes but it's really confusing to figure out since the notes are 'stacked' up on each other.

Would clip muting/soloing parts of all the lanes to comp a single track give me a SV of just what is highlighted or soloed?

I like to see the notation and do some obvious editing, but it's easier to edit in PRV.

No, Staff view doesn't take Lanes into consideration.

Although, you could mute the clips you don't want to see and activate the View > Hide Muted Clips option in the PRV menu. That would work.

A workaround found!
First, I cut/pasted the clips I wanted in their own track lane to make a complete, compiled take.
1) Cloned the track, and muted everything in this track, including all the lanes, although this might     not be necessary.
2) Deleted Take Lanes in original track, leaving just the one with the 'take' that was compiled.

If I wanted to re-edit, or change my compiled track, I can go back to the original Take Lanes in the cloned track, and cut/paste these into lanes into the original Track, and recompile my final take.
Now when I look at the Staff View I see what I want to keep.
