Does anyone know if there's a way of changing the MIDI output channel of the Virtual Midi Controller within Sonar?
 
Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but I'm experimenting with drum maps between AIR Strike 2 and Addictive Drums 2. Strike 2 listens on different channels for different things (i.e. loop trigger mode on ch1, GM mode on ch2, "Full" mode on ch15).
 
From what I can tell, the Virtual Controller always transmits on ch1. Setting the MIDI input on Strike to anything other than Omni or ch1 on the Virtual Controller port does nothing - so I'm guessing it's only transmitting on ch1.
 
I want the virtual controller to transmit on ch15 so I can compare the sound variations between Strike & AD2.
 
Any suggestions would be appreciated... it would be nice to do this without having to dig out an old hardware synth just to get something to transmit on another channel!
