I jacked up my MIDI buffers to the max of 128, but the problem still remains.
I am not sure what buffer value this is but it was not the one mentioned in this thread

Welcome to the forum!
Is the rest of the project MIDI or audio?
The most common cause of randomly skipped MIDI-notes is too low
buffer size in "MIDI buffers..prepare using xx ms buffers" (or something like that). Doubling the
buffers size usually helps.
The value mentioned here is located in
Preferences > MIDI > Playback and Recording and is in the Playback section. It is called "Prepare using nnn Millisecond Buffers." The default value is 250, usually changing the to 500 or 750 helps missing note issues.
It could also be that the synth does not like fast bounce but before making the conclusion I would
1) restore whatever value was maxed out to 128 and
2) increase the MIDI playback buffer value to 500
If that does not work, try disabling fast bounce. If that does not work, I would try freezing the synth before export.
