At the current pricing (14.95 in the Cakewalk UK store.) its a no brainer. I watched some of the Groove 3 stuff too and its very good but on ballence I would go for the SWA.

 
+1 on SWA's video. I've never seen a more detailed and educational video. It's a lot longer than the Groove 3 one. I have to add I haven't seen the Groove 3 one about Sonar but I did watch another Groove 3 about mixing and that was utterly useless and utterly crap. But well, I suppose you can't judge G3 on just one video... ;) Anyway, FastBikerBoy's vid is the best. Indeed a no brainer. And very complete (more complete than the G3 vid, so I am told.)
