I use the samplemodeling trumpet, clarinet, and sax applications and will probably get the tbone set as well. I considered the EastWest Brass Gold software but was turned off when I found out it uses the iLOK security system. I can appreciate some means of protecting your software, but I'm not into the dongle scheme. It's so 70s.

The iLok is a pain, but EastWest makes killer libraries. I'd say 75% of my templates contain EW instruments.

I use more libraries from SampleModeling in here, but the lead melody is played by the trombone though.

Yeah, Chris Hein makes some nice libraries. His others are nice as well... I especially like the Guitars library.
