Meters are on, thanks for the tip.

The only thing for me that is not straight forward is how eq and compression and plug ins work,,,,,but that is minor for me. I do not think i will be doing too much remote plug in manipulation. For me to not have to trip over cords walking back and forth from the mic to the daw is worth 4.99!

Last night got it working with the tape deck in guitar rig.....awesome for practicing.

Thanks

I noticed there are 3 AC-7 apps available, Core ,Core HD, and Core XT. Which one for X2?

Core hd is for iPad 3 and above, the others are for iPad 1 and 2.

Bit of a change here, and I know most of you here on this thread have an ipad working to your DAW....but now that I have the Ipad working with a wireless virtual midi, I started trying out free versions of other different apps.

Found one that I think you all will enjoy.  Soundprism Pro.  The freebie does not have midi out capabilities, but if you like what the free version does, the pro for 4.99 is amazing.   Hard to explain how it works, but it just works and is very cool.

I have had it controlling all kinds of softsynths in Sonar and standalone synths on my DAW (Rapture, Dimension, Komplete, etc.)  Add arpeggiators etc.  and it is frickin' amazing.  ( you can even split different touch sensors to different midi channels to go even crazier)

Any rate check it out.
