Yeah, you could just do this in Sonar:
1) Export the songs at mixdown to a stereo version of each mix.
2) Open a whole new Sonar project with Stereo tracks only, and simply place the songs as new clips into Sonar.
3) Export the whole stereo whole album as a single new Sonar mix.
4) Open the single long session (whole album) up in Sonar again as a very long stereo track.
5) Drop markers where you want to change CD-track #'s.
6) For each CD-track (not to confuse with Sonar Tracks), using Sonar's editor, subtract all but the music you want on each CD-track from the whole album stereo (Sonar) track.
7) Save that project as the name of the song or CD-track #, as to not destroy the whole album you just imported.
8) Slip the resulting clip to the beginning of the newly-saved project and save again.
9) Export as a single CD-track.
10) Re-open the previous full-length stereo track, and repeat this for each song/CD-track, keeping faith the zero-crossing editing, and before you know it, you'll have the whole CD ready.
