Thank you brother! I'll probably re-work this when I get to the final mixing and mastering stage...in a few months.

Clint,

Really good work.   I might consider adding more emphasis on the latin percussion in the final version, including some pronounced timbale fills at connecting points, like 2:00-2:14.   But really awesome track.

nice tight playing!
and a good clean capture.....

i think the bass guitar is mostly right,
maybe ride the volume on it a bit, at the beginning, a little more level.

but the kick drum doesn't come across with enough punch, or snap.
it's hard to judge,
but wherever the low end of the bass is sitting best (between 50hz and 200hz), boost the kick with a sharp Q either just above or below the fundamental of the bass, and add something between 2-3khz for a little snap.

you should lay a vocal across the top of this,
and edit out the solo guitar where it makes sense,
and make this a full blown song.......
it works great as an instrumental,
but it's strong enough to stand as a song, with 'several guitar breaks' in it!!
LOL

It's begging for vocals. Your guitar playing is really really good! If you keep it as instrumental, I'd nudge the lead guitar up just a bit hotter. Right now it seems just as prominent by bass and and snare and hihat.

Really excellent jam here!

Good ideas, Thanks for giving them...I'm going to work on this more in the future. I did think about adding vocals on it, and I may. It became an instrumental mainly because I was A/B ing S-Gear vs. Amplifire for a month...Hahaha!

I love instrumentals and this is a tasty number.  It has an excellent clean sound and your playing is excellent.
Nice one.
