1. Questions to all above: Do you know anyone in, working for, or SIGNED to a major? - The answer is obviously no.
Yeah, I've had stuff released through Sony and Universal, as well as a bunch of independent labels.

2. It doesn't matter that more and more major artists are releasing their albums as flacs to you (which allows the resolution)?
Of course not, you aren't musicians (just tech geeks who spend their lives on this forum).
FLAC? And
we're the tech geeks? Deary me.
It doesn't really matter what things are getting released in, it matters what the resolution the master is. And honestly, nobody is mastering at 192.
3. If you can't hear the difference between 44.1 and 192 then you have ABSOLUTELY no business trying (pretending) to be engineers.
Not pretending, I am one, for a living, and so are a bunch of other people here. Are you?
4. Pro's DO use it because they/we have the extra few grand to spend on systems capable of handling it.
I've got a system capable of handling it.
Go on, who uses it?
5. Despite you spending your lives here you obviously have absolutely no understanding of what a system with my specs can do.
Why, it could be greased lightnin

6. Thank you sincerely for not providing an actual explanation (or solution). So not only aren't you professional, you ALSO waste people's time!
The irony. You've not given any kind of explanation for why you
would use it.
