Is there a way to copy Sonar plug in presets from one computer to another?

Where are they stored? I'm talking about the ones in the top Sonar menu of the plug, not the ones in the plug itself.

The presets in the drop down on the left side of the plug-in header may be exported/imported using the Cakewalk Plug-in Manager. The presets found in the VST2/3 drop down in the middle of the plug-in header are files on the drive. These files may be copied between PCs.
