So i'm new to this forum, and planning on to getting sonar x2 studio edition with a novation launchkey which has 16 velocity-sensitive pads.
The question is already written in the subject, and if you think it's important, the novation launchkey uses incontrol to map its buttons, faders and maps to the utilities of the daw.
I am a total newbie to the software.
I can't wait buying those two things and I'm just waiting for your answers :)

what would you recommend between sonar x2 studio (i heard that studio bass, drums, and strings were kinda ****ty...) and native instruments komplete 8 + reaper ?

Just a heads up,

For future help and reference if you could,

Go to your Profile and edit your signature to contain you system specs and equipment so when other try to help in the future they can kind of get an idea of what your working with.

Cant really give you a answer on that,  I mainly do audio recording but what I do use in X1 sounds real good to me.

I havent made the jump to X2 as of yet but will sometime.

Maybe someone else will chime in on that part.
