I have a MIDI drum track sequenced.  With no other synths in the Synth Rack, I add, say, SI-Drum Kit.  When I open the SI- Drum Kit window, I can click the drums and I can hear them, but as soon as I hit Play, nothing.  I hit Stop and when I click on the drums, nothing, no sound.  This is the way it is with all the synths except TTS-1.  It works fine.
I've checked the  Event List, but there is nothing there to cause it.
 
Any ideas what could be the problem?

maybe the note values in the sequence don't match up with the note values of the drums in the module. maybe try selecting all the note values in the sequence and move them up or down. maybe worth a try

Is your sequenced MIDI drum track set to output to other VST's?  That would do what you're describing.

I think the drums in TTS is on midi channel 10, so maybe your midi notes are inserted as that channel. Maybe try "forcing them" in the channel selection to another midi channel (1).

Since you can hear the drums on preview, it sounds like as noted above a channel issue.
 
Just under the FX Bin on the midi track, try setting the Output Midi Channel to channel 10, AND look at the midi channel setting for whatever synth you are trying to use to play the drum events through.  The accepted normal channel for drums is midi channel 10.
 
You can highlight the midi track and click View>Event List, to see the midi channel that was recorded for the drum events on the track, if you would prefer, then make sure you set your drum module to that same channel.

it sounds like the MIDI-track you've got has a MIDI event where the volume is set to zero.
 
check the MIDI event list on the drum track and see if there's a MIDI-controller message 07 or 11 there somewhere set to zero. (CC07 or CC11)

No, it's not just the drums, also the keyboard, bass, strings etc.  None work on anything but TTS-1.

There is only one VST in the Synth Rack, so can't be that.
